The Vibe & The Role: This isn't a "sit in the corner and check boxes" kind of QA role. You’ll be embedded with R&D, a key player in New Product Development (NPD). You’ll own design controls, risk management (ISO 14971 is your best friend), and ensure these life-changing devices are safe and effective from concept to commercialization. It’s fast-paced, highly visible, and deeply impactful.
Who They Are Looking For:
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science.
You’ve got 4+ years of experience (MedTech preferred).
You speak fluent ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820.
You aren't afraid to challenge the status quo to improve quality.
The Details:
Location: Santa Clara, CA (Heart of Silicon Valley).
Salary: The posted range is a healthy $113,000 - $195,500 (depending on experience).
